Nail, lash and brow treatments

We want you to love your results. Please mention any concern during your appointment so it can be put right straight away.

If you notice an issue after you leave, such as lifting, chipping or a lash concern, contact us within 48 hours with your name, appointment date, treatment and a clear photo. We may invite you back so we can take a look.

Where a treatment was not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or was not what was agreed, we will offer:

• a free repair or redo of the affected part of the treatment within a reasonable time; or

• a fair price reduction or refund where a repair is not possible or suitable.

We do not refund a change of mind about a design or colour that was agreed and applied properly. Damage caused after your appointment, for example by picking, heat, chemicals or missed aftercare, is not covered. Please let us assess any concern before another salon alters the work. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deposits and booking fees

Deposits and booking fees secure your appointment and are non-refundable, unless we cancel. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged up to 100% of the booking value. Full details are in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Products

Unused retail products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened, unused and in their original condition, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with your statutory rights. For online orders, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days.

Gift cards and refund timing

Gift cards are not normally exchangeable for cash. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method without delay; the time they take to arrive depends on your bank.
